WU Shuyin
Shu yin Wu is an architectural and interior designer. She received a Master of Architecture and an Honours Bachelor of Architectural Studies with Distinction from University of Waterloo, Canada. She was also enrolled in Studio Zaha Hadid, University of Applied Arts, Vienna, Austria. She was selected as one of the recipients of 2014 Moriyama Royal Architectural Institute of Canada International Prize held in Aga Kahn Museum, Toronto, Canada.
Other than an architectural professional, Shu yin has been actively involved in research and fabrication. Her essay on yaodong was selected in the publication of Small Settlements in China and Southeast Asia by WHITRAP( Tonji University) in collaboration with UNESCO, with Dr Anne Bordeleau and Prof. Wang Jun. She had been invited to online global roundtable discussion on ArtsEverywhere.ca, while her work was featured in Canadian Architect, 2014 Vol. 59 and Site Magazine, 2017 Vol.36.
